Regenepure Shampoo Q&A

I just had a Keratin treatment. I was told that I need a shampoo that is Paraben and Sulfate free. Is Regenepure ok for me to use?

No Sulfates or Parabens are included in the NT or DR versions. Hence, Regenepure DR and NT are ok to use.

How often can I use Regenepure DR for my dandruff?

The DR version has Ketoconazole, the active ingredient that is in Nizoral. You should use this shampoo after Regenepure NT. It should cover the scalp and be left on for 5 minutes. This shampoo does not have any harsh cleansing agents so it can be applied daily.

Are Regenepure shampoos for specific types of hair?

Regenepure DR is helpful for controlling dandruff, and has some positive effects as observed in a clinical study for controlling hair loss. This is mainly because of Ketoconazole. Regenepure DR is ideal for people who have thinning hair. However, it can be used by people with thicker hair as well, before the onset of hair loss.

Regenepure DR does not foam as well as some of the shampoos I have used in the past, why?

The Regenepure shampoos use only the finest ingredients for the scalp and hair. Most store brand shampoos use a harmful foaming and cleansing agent called sodium laureth sulfate. That is a very popular foaming agent among cheaper brands. Regenepure products do not use this ingredient, hence do not foam as much.

The DR version of Regenepure has ketoconozole as an ingredient. What is ketoconozole?

Ketoconazole is used as an antifungal agent and is used in some of the finest dandruff shampoos available. There have been studies showing that Ketoconazole can also promote hair growth.

My hair is very thin, when will my hair begin to feel thicker after using the Regenepure shampoo?

Your hair will feel thicker after just one application. More applications will lead to improvements in your hair.

Alot of information is available about how Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLS) is harmful for the scalp and hair. However most shampoos use this harsh cleaning agent, does Regenepure have this ingredient?

No. SLS is used to achieve a better lather, hence you will have to apply more of the Regenepure  shampoo to achieve a larger lather.

I just had a hair transplant, is Regenepure  safe to use?

Yes. Many transplant physicians are recommending and offering the Regenepure shampoos to their patients after procedures.

Can Regenepure DR and Regenpure NT be used with hair growth medications that I currently use like Propecia and Minoxodyl?

Absolutely. Regenepure is a compliment to your daily routine and will prepare your scalp to provide the optimal environment for other hair growth treatments.
